The Garden Club of Avon’s added an educational element to a Trunk or Treat event on October 25. The group provided Xerces Kids Materials and the Wizard of Oz Cowardly Lion talked about bees. They shared lots of kid and family friendly info at their raised beds at Sycamore Hills where they grew 278 pounds of produce for Gifts of Love and other related pollinator gardens.
