The Suburban Garden Club of Cheshire February meeting will be held on February 18, 2026, 7:30 PM. at the Cheshire Senior Center located at 240 Maple Street. The topic of the presentation is Container Gardening Indoors and Out and will be given by Gregory Bugbee.   Learn about choosing the right plants and potting soils for the right pots, watering and fertilizing techniques, and how to start plants from seeds and cuttings.​ Bugbee is a scientist at the Connecticut Experiment Station in New Haven and is in charge of the lab’s soil testing laboratory.

Open to the public and refreshments will be served at 6:30 PM    If inclement weather, cancellation will be posted on www.cheshiregardeners.org
