Annual Fall Plant Sale
Members will offer a large selection of perennials, and possibly some shrubs or trees from their gardens. Perennials for sale will include iris, peonies, hosta, coreopsis, coneflower, columbine, day lilies and more. In the photo, garden club members show some of the items that were for sale in 2021.
Fall is a great time to add plants to your garden! Since the soil remains warm through autumn, perennials will have time to settle in and continue to grow below ground even after frost. Fall planting will jump-start their growth next spring.
In conjunction with the plant sale, Woodbridge will be having its annual 5K road race, the church will sponsor an apple pie table, the Friends of the Library will hold a mini book sale, and the Boy Scouts will be present.
