Join Environmental Education Specialist, James Flynn for a hike in the forest and look for clues that tell stories of winter survival. From tracks in fresh snow to scat, this hike explores the diet, shelter, and foraging habits of the critters, large and small, that call the Arboretum home.
Environmental Education Specialist James Flynn earned his degree in Environmental Science at the State University of New York at Purchase. He previously worked with the National Audubon Society in Greenwich, SoundWaters in Stamford, the Los Angeles County Outdoor Science School, the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, and the Ford EcoCenter for Alternative Fuel Technology in San Diego.
Members are free and there is a $15 charge for non-members. Please wear sturdy footwear and dress for the weather. Register here.
