Tour the newly dedicated Arbor Acres of Hopbrook pollinator pathway gardens on July 21 from 1:30-3:30pm.
In honor of Manchester’s Bicentennial Celebration, the Arbor’s Resident Association is sponsoring another area on our property to a garden rich with plantings that will support pollinators. The numerous established tree species and flowering shrubs, fragrant perennial varieties and herb plants help sustain a wide variety of birds, butterflies, and bees.
The event includes music by harpist Debbie Vinick and refreshments on the patio. Free ice cream sponsored by Eldercrew. Keynote speakers—Pamela Cooper & Marie Woodward—From UConn’s Home & Garden Education Center, start at 3:00pm.
