Please join ASLA Connecticut in announcing our Professional and Student Award winners at this year’s Awards Gala & Annual Meeting! This event will be held on the evening of Wednesday, January 29 from 5-9pm at the Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury, Connecticut. The museum is at 144 W Main St, Waterbury.
ASLA Connecticut is inviting you another new twist on our traditional holiday party! This year we will kick off the new year with you all on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at the Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury, Connecticut to honor the 2025 Professional and Student award winners and give you a brief overview of the chapter’s successes in 2024. Access to the museum galleries and cocktail hour will begin at 5 p.m. followed by buffet-style dinner, annual meeting updates, and presentation of the award winners.
For the last few years, this event has served as our biggest fundraiser for our chapter’s student scholarships, and this year will be no different! Last year, we were able to confer scholarships to nine high school and college students totaling $12,500, thanks to the generosity of our community! We are hoping to continue the season of giving by raising $15,000 in proceeds to support students and emerging professionals as they pursue their education and put down roots in the profession. Student tickets are also FREE this year but do require registration to attend.
