By Annie Rohrs, co-chair, Grant Committee On August 15, grants were awarded to seven recipients of the CT Hort Cares civic grants program. The winners were chosen out of a group of 22 applicants from all over the state. Here are the winning projects:

Starting September 21—the kickoff to our 2023-2024 speaker season—we’re moving our meetings to Elmwood Community Center, at 1106 New Britain Avenue, in West Hartford. The parking lot is off Burgoyne Street, and there are plenty of spots available!
